ADUANTIR
was founded in 1980 in Venezuela by Franco Scazzieri, then a transport
operator with an Italian company, near the port of LA GUAIRA, a
strategic nodal point for imports entering the country.
Determination, passion and dynamism for this enterprise rapidly
led to unexpected company growth, making it today one of the
most reliable private logistics terminals in Venezuela with
its current configuration and range of services.

In 1998, the company reinforced its presence by opening a branch
in Bologna, Italy, where the sales/policy management division
is based and where the proprietor himself operates.
